Jakob har 15 års erfarenhet av oberoende rådgivning inom energisektorn. Jakob har erfarenhet från att arbeta med en bred portfölj av klienter, inom både allmän och privat sektor. Jakob har ett kvantitativt mindset men med ett speciellt driv för holistisk förståelse.

Christian har verkat inom de nordiska energimarknaderna sedan 2009, med erfarenhet av såväl fysisk som finansiell elhandel, långsiktig scenarioanalys av elmarknaden, marknadsdesign samt policy, prissättning och reglering av fjärrvärme.

Bethel examinerades 2024 från KTH (civ.ing Teknisk fysik) med inriktning fysik och applicerad mattematik. Bethel är speciellt intresserad av modellering och datadriven analys, med erfarenhet från projekt inom fjärrvärme, lönsamhetsanalyser och vattenkraftsmodellering.

Victor examinderades 2025 (civ.ing Energi & Miljö) med inriktning energisystemsanalys. Victor är speciellt intresserad av strategisk affärsutveckling, omvärldsbevakning och datadriven analys, med erfarenhet från projekt inom nätreglering, marknadsdesign och kommersiell due dilligence.

Miranda examinderades år 2026 (civ.ing Energi & Miljö) från KTH med inriktning energisystemsanalys. Miranda är speciellt intresserad av tariffer, framförallt för fjärrvärme. I hennes examensarbete tog hon fram ett förslag på dynamisk prissättning av fjärrvärme.

Vårt namn POLITE är en akronym för Policy, Innovation, Teknologi och Ekonomi.
Vi tror att dessa fyra dimensioner har stort inflytande på, och förklarar det komplexa landskapet och de grundläggande förutsättningarna för energisektorn.
Att ha en förståelse för dimensionerna är en nödvändighet, att förstå dess förhållanden och beroenden leder till bättre insikter och i till sist mer robust rådgivning åt våra klienter.
Till sist men definitivt inte minst tror vi på att det aldrig är fel att vara POLITE, speciellt i tiden vi befinner oss i.
